Raymond Paul Tobkin (Randy) was born in Portland, Oregon on December 19,1954 to Bernard R. and Helen Ann Tobkin. Randy passed away on Friday, May 15th, 2026, in Nampa, Idaho.

He is survived by one brother, Robert and three sisters, Demarus Butenschoen of Bellingham, Washington: Roxanne Johannson of Ottawa, Ontario: Jewel Hysmith of Nampa, Idaho. He was preceded in death by Donna Bohle formally of Bellingham, Washington.

He loved the outdoors spending time with his yellow lab Kutter. Hunting was an important part of his life with his friends, many of whom go back to his grade school time at Carl Cozier!

Randy worked as a pipefitter for many years throughout the United States and was known for his humor and dedication.
